Taste of Elegance Competition

The Nebraska Pork Producers Association is the sponsor of the Taste of Elegance competition, which was added to the Pinot, Pigs & Poets event lineup in 2013. Delectable pork samplings are judged during the competition, and the winning chef is awarded a trip to the annual Pork Summit at the Greystone Campus of the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California.
